Questions
Before you book
- How far in advance should we book?
- Peak season in the UAE runs from October to April and those dates are usually taken six to nine months ahead. Outside that window, three months is comfortable.
- Do you travel outside the UAE?
- Yes. We cover destination weddings across the Gulf and internationally; travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
- When do we receive the images?
- A preview set within 72 hours, and the full graded gallery within three to four weeks depending on the package.
- Can we choose which photographs are edited?
- Every delivered image is graded and retouched as standard. If you want particular frames given extra retouching work, tell us and they are included.
- What happens if you are ill on the day?
- We work within a network of professional photographers across the UAE and carry contingency cover for every confirmed booking. You would still receive coverage to the standard you booked.
- Do you hold a date without payment?
- A date is confirmed once the booking agreement is signed and the retainer is received. Until then it stays available to other enquiries.
