What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of service, your preferred date, location, budget range and whatever you write in the message field.

This website does not run advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate, non-identifying information about which pages are visited.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to book us, to plan and deliver the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Photographs of you

Images we produce for you belong to the commission and are shared through a private gallery. We will not publish photographs of a private client on this website or on social media without asking first. If you have previously agreed and change your mind, write to us and we will remove them.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Project files are retained for the period stated in your booking agreement.

Your rights

Third parties

Enquiries sent through this site reach us over WhatsApp, so WhatsApp handles the message in transit under its own policy. Embedded maps and social links are served by their respective providers.
